Delivery

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we will deliver the goods within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

Refund / Returns Policy

The Merchandise is non returnable if opened. Send back the good to us within 30 days of purchase with original sales receipt to get a full refund. The goods must be in new condition, in original package and without any damages. Authorized credit card refunds will be applied to credit card used for purchase. Payments made by transfer will be transferred back to account.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your contract within two weeks without giving any reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or - if you get the goods before the deadline – simply by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations. To keep the revocation period it is sufficient to send back the good within the revocation time. The revocation must be sent to:

Warranty

The warranty is based on the statutory provisions. As far as the used goods are subject to the transaction and the buyer is not a consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period is when buying used goods one year.
